Activities

Children at Rising Stars Daycare Center are given sufficient time to explore their environment. We give them the freedom to observe, evaluate and discover the world around; to learn new skills and make friends under the safe supervision of our staff. To foster interaction between children, we facilitate activities such as:

• Music & Dance Activities
• Social & Language Development
• Art & Crafts
• Circle Time
• Quiet Time/Nap
• Free Play
• Finger Plays
• Story Time
• Large and Small Group Interaction

In these activities, we encourage children to cooperate, listen and share. We also make time for self-selected activities which stimulate cognitive growth, independence and creativity. During good weather, we have fun outdoor activities and physical games that develop large and small motor skills for kids.

We make it a point to involve the development of other skill areas in children which include:

• Speech and Vocabulary
• Cognitive Skills like recognizing differences between sound, size, shape and color
• Improve coordination
• Discover new ideas and talents
